Is there any advantage of donating online?

Yes. Online medium is far more cost-effective than costly channels like field offices or call centers or cheques.

How will I know what impact my donation had?

We will send regular updates on the impact that individual donations have. You will receive communication about program updates, impact etc via email and / or Whatsapp. However, we enjoy talking about the impact your donations have so you can always talk to us by one of the mediums mentioned on website.

Can I ask for a refund for my donation?

Sure you can, But subject to certain conditions which are mentioned in our Refund Policy. Do give it a read. All requests for return should reach within 14 (fourteen) days of transaction and the decision of we/can team will be final in this regard.

Is it safe to give my credit card details online?

Sure it is. We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details, are protected. We have partnered with Razorpay and Stripe to ensure your details are secured.

How safe is my personal information with we/can?

What is the relation between Nudge Lifeskills Foundation and we/can?

Nudge Lifeskills Foundation is the legal nonprofit registered under 12AA. we/can is brand owned and operated by Nudge Lifeskills Foundation. Hence all legal documents you see on website are in Nudge Lifeskills Foundation name

Are there any tax benefits for donating to we/can?

We offer 50% tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. We also offer tax benefit to US citizen under 501(c)(3).

Will you send me tax exemption certificate?

Certainly, for online donations, we send a PDF of the 80G certificate after 15 days of your transaction and is confirmed in our records.

What if I want to discontinue my monthly contributions which are directly debited from my bank account?

You can surely do that. All you need to do is to make a request at least 2 weeks prior to your next auto debit date. You can write to ​ hello@wecancharity.org for the same.
